Refund & Returns
If something's not right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work — no fine print games.
Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. After that window closes, we're unable to offer a refund.
Condition of items
- Unworn, unwashed, original tags still attached.
- Footwear returned in its original, undamaged box.
- Skateboard decks are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
How to start a return
Email support@fuckingawesome.com.co with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, it's on us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colorway? Mention it when you request your return — exchanges depend on current stock.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
